本日のポストでは、私はお気に入りチームワークプロジェクトの1つである"YTJ Meets Workshops" について書きたいと思います。
多くのスタッフが関わっていました。
Broadwayの歌手であるAliaがコロナのせいで仕事を失ったとき、それはすべて始まりました。AliaはオンラインでYTJを見つけ、最初のインタビューの後、Aliaに川瀬さんを紹介しました。このつながりができて本当にラッキーだったのですが、旅行禁止のため、彼女を日本に来させる方法がありませんでした。
川瀬さん：
そのzoom mtgの間に川瀬さんが天才的なアイデア(lightbulb)急に出した：Aliaにリモートで教えさせ、おそらくブロードウェイの友達を巻き込んでもらいました。アーティスト、メンバー、YTJのウイン、ウイン、ウイン状況。私の顎はこの考えと彼女への彼の即座のピッチに落ちました。彼女もすぐに興奮しました。

彼らの有名な友達（gogo）を書き、ブロードウェイ/ウエストエンド/ディズニーミュージカルから参加する素晴らしい才能を私たちに与えました。

Zoom mtgを通してアーティストを魅力的にYTJに興奮させました ;)

一言の説明でハイレベルなピッチヒッターになりました、真の熱意を持ってワークショップをリードするのを手伝うために介入しました。

アーティストに支払うため、私をYTJの事務処理を辛抱強く案内してくれました
・足立さん
最高の部分を高め、メンバーが次回参加するのを楽しみにする素晴らしいトレーラー (cracker) を作りました。

For this post I'd like to write about one of my favorite teamwork projects at YTJ, the YTJ Meets Workshops.
Many people were involved.
It all started when Alia, a Broadway singer lost her job due to corona. She found YTJ online and after a first interview I introduced her to Kawase-san. We felt really lucky to have made this connection, but because of the travel ban there was no way to get her to come to Japan.
・Kawase-san:
had the genius idea (lightbulb) during that zoom mtg to have her teach remotely and maybe get her Broadway friends involved(*). A win/win/win situation for the artist, the members and YTJ. My jaw dropped at this idea and his instant pitch to her. She was also instantly excited.
・Sam / Alia
I worked with her on creating a pitch and developed ideas for ways to have the actual lesson.
・Akiyama-san / Ueki-san
Supported and greenlit this project
・Joann
Started looking for other artists and wrote hundreds of mails. This gave us many other top class connections.
・Sterling / Nathan / Mathew
Wrote their famous friends (gogo) and got us some great talent to join from Broadway / West End / Disney Musicals
・Sam / Joann
Charmed the artists ;) in zoom meetings to get them excited about YTJ
・Gregory
Enthusiastically stepped in to help with leading the workshops, without missing a beat.
・Kakuta-san / Hirano-san / Kawase-san
Patiently guided me through the YTJ paperwork for paying the artists (bow)
・Adachi-san
Made an awesome trailer (cracker) that heightens the best parts and makes members excited to join next time.
If you haven't seen this trailer please check it out. I get tears in my eye every time when I watch it because it's such a dream come true for members get to get personal coaching from those Pro's. And it was all possible thanks to these YTJ staff who do their jobs with passion.
